He specializes in Self-Managed Teams, Competency frames both in Technical and leadership Space and unique skill building at bottom of the pyramid.Deen is a Graduate in Sociology and has Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work. He has been trained in US and Canada on High Performance Work System. Anand Gopalan Knowledge Partner, TrusComp Anand Gopalan, is a Barrister from Middle Temple London and second generation lawyer. He has done his Masters from Cardiff University, Wales. He has been representing employers for the last 20 years across the country before the Supreme Court, High Court, Tribunal and Labour Court.He is an active participant in various policy level discussions with the State Government of Tamil Nadu on various labour laws.
