Deenadayalan S

Deenadayalan alias Deen is the founder of Centre for Excellence in Organization Pvt. Ltd., India. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in enabling ordinary individuals to achieve extraordinary outcomes. His expertise lies in Self-Managed Teams, Competency frameworks, and skill-building at the grassroots level. Deen holds a degree in Sociology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work. Trained in the US and Canada on High Performance Work Systems, he was awarded the “Best Community Outreach Award” by Dupont – USA. He has held leadership positions as Director (Business Services & HR) at Dupont, Vice President (HR) at ITC, and General Manager (HR) at Titan Industries.

Mahindhra PPK

Mahindhra, affectionately known as “Mahi,” is a seasoned professional with over two decades of expertise in organizational development and HR automation. Starting his career at DuPont, he gained hands-on experience leading operations and implementing High-Performance Teams (HPT). Joining CEO Consulting in 2001, Mahindhra has been instrumental in driving impactful projects, including the Autonomous Work Teams (AWT) at EID Parry, setting benchmarks in workforce optimization and peer management.

As Managing Partner of CEO Group of Companies, Mahindhra oversees operations across OD, Recruitment, IT, Compliance, and Skill Foundations. He has spearheaded the development of HR and compliance software innovations, such as TrusComp and EmPulseO, and holds a patent for an AI-driven authentication system. His visionary leadership has positioned CEO as a leader in organizational excellence and innovation.

Anand Gopalan

Anand is a Barrister from Middle Temple London and holds a Master’s degree from Cardiff University. A second-generation lawyer, he has represented employers for over 20 years and actively participates in policy discussions on labor laws. He chairs the Expert Committee on Labour Laws for the Madras Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Anand provides expert opinions on labor laws that are integral to the design and execution of SMT/HPT and Learn While Earn programs, ensuring legal alignment and operational excellence.

Bakshi KK

Krishna Kumar Bakshi is a Mechanical Engineer and a Management Graduate with over 36 years of experience across diverse facets of Manufacturing Operations. He has held senior leadership positions in renowned organizations like BHEL, Tata Motors, TVS, Whirlpool of India, Larsen & Toubro, Thermax, Murugappa Group, and BorgWarner Morse TEC India. Notable roles include Director-Operations at Whirlpool of India, General Manager at Murugappa Group, and Managing Director at BorgWarner Morse TEC’s Indian operations.
Since joining CEO in 2009 as a Principal Consultant, Bakshi has been instrumental in leading High-Performance Team (HPT)-based systems implementation, coaching senior management, and driving operational excellence for various organizations. He now heads the OD vertical at CEO, where his expertise continues to shape transformative organizational strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.

Ravi MV

Ravi is an Engineering professional with a P.G. in Management Studies. With over 30 years of experience spanning manufacturing and BPO sectors, he has worked with renowned organizations like Xerox, Whirlpool, Tube Investments, Spheris, and Omega Health Care. His expertise encompasses operations management, quality, process engineering, project management, operational excellence, customer service, and technical training.
Since 2013, Ravi has been associated with CEO, where he helps organizations overcome limitations and improve bottom-line results. His contributions include productivity improvement, manpower optimization, organizational restructuring, people engagement, skill and capability development, problem-solving, process improvements, technical scoping, and implementing self-managed teams.

Eshwaramoorthi C

A tooling engineer from NTTF (1976-80), Eshwaramoorthi transitioned into a passionate trainer and HR consultant, serving professionals across various levels and domains. As one of the founding directors of CEO Skill Foundations Pvt. Ltd., he has been instrumental in delivering work-integrated, employment-oriented training programs. His initiatives, conducted through industry-institute partnerships, have driven workforce development and skill enhancement across multiple industries nationwide. Known for his dedication to fostering growth, Eshwaramoorthi’s programs empower individuals to excel beyond traditional boundaries.

Sreetharan

Sreetharan brings over 35 years of HR experience, specializing in strategic HR policies, industrial relations, and compliance. His key achievements include long-term wage settlements, resolving industrial unrest, managing disciplinary matters, and ensuring labor compliance. He has provided his expertise to organizations like Kasturi and Sons Limited (The Hindu), Pricol Limited, TTK-LIG Ltd, and the Murugappa Group. An alumnus of Madras School of Social Work, Sreetharan’s insights and leadership are invaluable in navigating complex HR challenges and fostering harmonious employee relations.

Prabhakar is a Talent Acquisition & Compensation Management professional with extensive expertise in recruitment strategies and compensation frameworks. With over 17 years of experience spanning MNCs and consulting environments, he has successfully designed and executed talent acquisition strategies across India and Southeast Asia. Prabhakar has played a critical role in establishing recruitment processes, developing tools for Greenfield and Brownfield projects, and enhancing recruiter capabilities through innovative interventions. At CEO, he leads efforts to build high-performing recruitment teams and ensure seamless execution of hiring strategies.
