Ramprasad Jade is a HR specialist and specializes in designing & implementing performance management systems, managerial competency assessment & development centers, HR processes including rewards & recognition schemes.

Ramprasad holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from NIT Karnataka (formerly known as REC Suratkal) , and a master's in HRD from the TA Pai Management Institute. He has over 17 years of experience in Industry & Consulting .

Ramprasad has extensive experience in HR Strategy formulation and implementation (HR Scorecard), HRD Audit, Competency mapping, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Continual Improvement Programs through Kaizen , Formulation of Organisation Strategies, implementation through Balanced Scorecard, Design and Implementation of Performance Management Systems for a Rs. 1000 Crore Diversified Business Group in West Africa. In addition, he has conducted managerial assessment & development projects for clients in Middle East & South East Asia .

Ramprasad is active as faculty for professional and industrial bodies like the CII and for Executive MBA Programs of reputed management institutes in Bangalore.
